Refund Policy

All nail products in the store only support refunds and do not support exchanges.

You can contact customer service to apply for a refund if you encounter the following situations with the goods you received:

  1. Refusal of acceptance
  2. Received goods are damaged or not intact
  3. Received goods are missing

Once an order is placed into our system, we cannot make changes to it. To ensure your package is delivered correctly, please make sure the address you enter is accurate and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is crucial for ensuring delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect. I will try my best to edit photos to reflect what your nails look like. However, please understand that screens and lighting can affect how you see the color in the pictures... so the actual color may vary. All items are handmade, so there may be minor differences or imperfections (such as fibers, glitter, or bubbles). All sets are customized; therefore, for hygienic reasons, I cannot replace or return nail products. Please carefully check your selection when placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. All requests for order cancellations must be made within 2 business days or before your items are shipped.

Order Modification

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact customer service within 1 hour after placing the order to maximize the chance that we can modify your order before it is handed over to the courier. Once the order has been packaged, we can no longer make any changes.
