1.WHAT IF MY SIZES ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE SIZE CHART?

Due to differences in finger sizes among individuals, the size chart is for reference only. It's normal to find slight discrepancies between your measurements and the chart. You should choose the size that is closest to your finger measurements, opting for a larger size rather than a smaller one to ensure a proper fit. For instance, if the measurements of three fingers correspond to size M, and two fingers match size S, it is recommended to select size M for a good fit in actual wear.

 

2.HOW TO APPLY NAILS？

Use glue or double sided gel stick pads. Use both for extra hold.

Prep your nails with the items included in your Nail bags (included in orders with regular nail sets)

1: Clean and dry your hands and nails

2: Push back cuticles

3: Clip or file and shape natural nails

4: Use included alcohol wipes to dehydrate the nail beds

5: FIRST DRY FIT NAILS TO ENSURE PROPER FIT.  Glue/ stick nails on one by one, pressing and holding for 15-30 seconds to ensure hold

6: Avoid to touch water for the next hour

 

3.HOW LONG WILL MY NAILS LAST?

 

Our handmade press on nails are reusable. Using the extra-large and super sticky glue included, they can last for 2-3 weeks. You can refer to the tutorial videos on our homepage on how to properly apply the jelly glue. Proper application can extend their wear time. The key to prolonging wear is to avoid prolonged contact with water and physical labor.

 

4.How to safely remove press on nails

To remove nails, soak hands in warm water solution of soap and natural oil.  Soak for a good 10-15 mins. Using the included nail removal tool, slide the pointy flat side around the edges of your nails, gently lifting the edges. Then,  with to the floss side of your tool, slowly slide the floss between your natural nail and your claws. NEVER PULL OR RIP your nails OFF. If you experience discomfort stop immediately and try soaking your hands longer, before trying again. It is important that you never force a nail off, as this can damage your natural nails/nail plate.

 

5.How to Change the Delivery Address

You need to cancel the order and place a new one before the package is dispatched. If the goods have already been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you can only refuse the delivery and then process a refund.
